As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care tailored to individual's unique needs. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders across the lifespan, serving adolescents, adults, and older adults. My approach integrates behavioral and cognitive behavioral therapies, while also incorporating family and marital perspectives when appropriate to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded care. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals, lifestyle, and values. My focus is not only on symptom management but also on promoting overall wellness and long-term mental health. I am currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. Most major insurance plans are accepted.
